I think FMCSA has stepped to far into a field they do not belong. Farm equipment and impliments do not fall under the transportatipon guidelines. Yes farmers that operate combination rigs for grain to elevator do need to have cdl license for the weight class they in. Farm tractors do not spend enough time on highways to be classed in the transportation field and FAMCSA is starting show their own ignorance over this. Leave the ag industry alone and quit trying to mess them up like you have the trucking industry with all the bull regulations that tie your hand up to where you can't make a profit. I am a owner operator and I have farmed also and i can see the mess you are about make of a lot of peoples lives. Leave ag alone and get out of it. Its not your field of jurisdiction. A concerned AMERICAN AGAINST TO MUCH BEURACRACY!!
