Mr. Randy Voss may have his problem "so called" under control when he visited his doctor, however, working with him on a daily basis, I tend to disagree. He has driving issues that have happened while on the job, whether it is health related or just plain ignorance, I cannot answer that. He seems to maybe have some peripheral vision issues based on the accidents that he has had, not sure if that is a side effect of this disease, but it is a problem that should be addressed. I do not think he should receive this waiver until he can prove his health further. From a concerned co-worker.
