On November 28 2011 I filed all my necssary paper work for an exemption waiver for diabetes mellitus and received an ok from all my doctors as the men did in this publication but on December 15 2011 i received a letter from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Adminstration that i was not approved . I only drive locally and and have a class d license with f endorsement. I think if these people can gat a waiver I should also because i dont have a cdl only class d with endorsment the letter also stated that I drive a commercial vehicle exclusively in intrastate commerce. I drive a senior citizen van transporting people to local dr. appointments and surronding counties .application #23880
