I, Lonnie Rieker, had a single-event seizure on November 30, 2009. I currently drive my personal vehicle to and from the full-time job I have held for the past 24 years. I am limited at work by not having the medical card renewed on my CDL. I also own and operate agricultural equipment. I have always been a cautious driver and my current driving record proves it. I continue to see my neurologist, take the same prescribed seizure-control medicine (dose and frequency) and have remained seizure-free for over 2 years. My primary diagnosis is history of a brain tumor which was surgically removed. Therefore I am requesting to have my CDL priviledges fully reinstated.
