This is unfair. We are loosing our customers due to a conditional rating due to our recordable accident rate and are being rated on accidents that weren't our fault. We have proof that the other parties were at fault but apparently it dosent matter. Our company employs 15 people. We are in the process of waiting to hear the results of our second appeal to DOT.
