James Gorniak should be allowed to get his Medical Card back for driving a tractor-trailer, because (1) he does not have a history of seizures. (2) James was put on anti-seizure medicine for a pre-cautionary measure the night he was diognoised with a tumor and after his surgery for a small period of time. James currently has his CDL license, but for intra-state travel only. Being that he lives so close to state lines he needs a med card to travel out of state for inter-state travel. It has been over 6yrs. since his surgery and I among many others have not seen any change in James. Please allow James Gorniak To get his Medical Card back.
