My comment is that these 13 individual applicants are exempt from the vision requirement from FMCSA regulation. These 13 applicants’ medical eye reports from the ophthalmologists proving that they are able to drive the commercial vehicle without restrictions with one eye only. Additionally applicant has good driving records as well. It will be easy for them if they get the exempt from the regulation so they can drive the vehicle and perform their routine job. For the future drivers with the one eye who meet the requirement according to 49 CFR 391.41(b) (10) will helpful too.
