My comment toward this proposal of exemption applications as it applies to the vision doesn’t support the proposal, but offer stipulations. As I’ve read about the 13 individuals regarding professional doctor’s opinion, their driving abstract, years of driving experience, types (classifications) of licenses and the professional/hobby need for driving, the various types of equipment or machinery driven should be tested more frequently, than the (standard) qualified visibly fit motorist. Another suggestion would be to limit the hours of driving within a given time frame. I could only favor this rule if these stipulations are agreed upon, as stated.
