Given that the number of trucks, (water trucks) being constructed for oil field service far exceeds the general demand for such vehicles and that they are reinforced for off road service, that the drivers must carry H2S monitors, wear flame retardant clothing and other required safety gear not required by other motor carriers, they should be classified under BOTH oilfield exemption rules, not just the 24 hour restart exemption.
