Regulatory Guidance for Oilfield Exception: Hours of Service of Drivers of Commercial Motor Vehicles

I would like to see FMCSA keep the oil field exemption and the 24 hour restart because changes to the current rule would cost our company hundreds of thousands of dollars. Our company has an isolation tool that protects the well head, and the fracking companies frac through our instrument. All of our operators are highly trained for pressures, technical specifications and so forth. Losing the exception would be a loss of jobs and our company would suffer.
