Request clairification on "Off Duty at Wellsite" Q- Does using ODWS allow the driver to reset his day after being ODWS for 10 hours? Q- On what company document must it be also included on, as to back up the driver and shouldnt driver be entitled a copy prior to departing the location? Q- If Drive time, ODWS hrs, and on duty time go beyond 11 hours and 14 hours, Is the driver ok to proceed to nearest hotel in a DOT Tractor or a DOT Pickup truck? Q- Can the Company make a driver use this exemption? Please consider adding to final rule as to Driver nor DOT can give the same answers to these questions.
