Brian Wiggins is a technician here at Rush Truck Center Twin Falls under my supervision. I am an advocate of Brian being able to acquire his CDL or medical exemption. Brian's position here as a technician requires him to have a CDL in order to test drive and pull trucks into the shop. Without a CDL Brian is not able to meet his job requirements as per Rush's policy. At this time other technicians or mysef are pulled away from our duties in order to help complete this process for Brian. He is not required to drive for any extended period only for short test drives to assure the repairs corrected the issue or to help in troubleshooting the initial issue.
