School Food Safety Inspections

It is unfair and unnecessary to require school districts to have 2 food service inspections per year, when most restaurant facilities only have one. We serve only one main meal per day, and not a lot of scratch or grill cooking. Most health inspectors will agree that school food service facilities are generally the cleanest facilities that they inspect. I fell it should be like it was before. Each school has one food service inspection and then if there is a violation than the inspector comes back at another time to recheck the school. 2 inspections is a waste of time and money for the schools and the inspectors. They do not have time to conduct 2 inspections. School have enough expenses without adding another fee to them, when it isn't necessary.
