In the definition of Effective securing device: Regardless of the type of securing device, the throwing handle or hasp of the switch or derail shall be uniquely tagged. If the device is a lock and the lock is stamped (imprinted) with a designation for RWP use only. Can the lock, when used on a derail or switch handle, be considered the required tag or is an additional tag required?
