Petition for Waiver of Compliance

Please help us preserve the peacefulness of our small historic town. We support the waiver to have the horns stop blowing in Ipswich. For the sake of our children's health and the effect the horns are having on our physical and emotional health, we plead with you to grant our town's request for a waiver.
