Thank you. I'm sure that the people of Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Ohio, and Texas, appreciate being given notice and an opportunity to be heard. Likewise, your clarification of the preemption issue was much better.
