In accordance with the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking – Vehicle/Track Interaction Safety Standards High-Speed and High Cant Deficiency Operations published in the Federal Register on May 10, 2010, Bombardier respectfully submits the enclosed comments for your review and consideration.
