Utah Transit Authority comments on Docket No. FRA-2009-0118-0001. Comment on Proposed Rule under IV. Other Considerations C. Locomotive Engineer Certification Revocation. Utah Transit Authority's comment is as follows; if the FRA is considering amending 49 CFR part 240 to add violations of this subpart as a basis for revoking a locomotive engineer's certification that it be up to the railroad to decide whether violation of this rule should be cause for revocation or decertification.
