FRA RE: Federal Railroad Administration(FRA-2010-0122) I represent the Alliance for American Manufacturing and am currently assigned to audit waiver requests under the various Buy American clauses that are in effect. Regarding the above noted wavier, please be advised that the domestic producers listed below can supply the carbon nuts specified in the waiver request. As a result, we would respectfully request that the waiver be denied and the purchasers be directed to these domestic suppliers.
