National Highway-Rail Crossing Inventory Reporting Requirements

The state DOT's should still be submitting the rail crossing inventory data that was required from them as in the past. Many railroad companies do not have staff or are aware of the changes at each location in a given state being they do not have data inventory employees in each state.
