Guaranteed Loan Fees

I think raising the FSA guarantee fees at this time is a mistake. With the economy in the shape it is in most producers are having a hard time paying the 1% fee. If you raise it to 1.5% and leave it there I believe it will put another hardship on our nations ag producers and the banks that are financing them.
