Comment on FR Doc # 2011-29011

I believe we need protection from disasters in agriculture. My experience as a Committee person on the FSA committee in our County has been that people take adv antage of these programs and falsify info so as to gain maximum benefits from the program. I would like to see the benefit to "adjoining counties" discontinued. The program is great for real time disasters. It becomes too available and the temptations for fraud become to prevalent. Disasters should be "Disasters". They should be precisely identified. The idea at present seems to be that if the neighboring county is eligible, the landowners there should be receiving some payment. The fraudlient claims are not investigated.
