I noticed while reading this proposed ruling that your reference to 9 CFR in relation to the disallowance of air injection into the skull of cattle with captive bolt appears to be incorrect. You have referenced 9CFR 310.13 (a) (2) (iv) (D) when the correct reference should be 9CFR 310.13 (a) (2) (iv) (C). I have used the 2010 9CFR to check this. I just thought I would mention it in case it hasn’t been noticed and could be changed for the final ruling.
