the font should be a minimum of 12 pica plus bond. dont let the food producers use background color so you cant read the information. remember some senior citizens need to read that label. 20% of the weight of chickens bought nowadays is water. the producers are ripping off consumers these days. the chicken i bought had at least water in it and no label ssaying the producer had added dead cheap weight to it to make more money through claiming a higher weight than the meat had. the word "natural" should not be allowed to be put on a product of poultry with anythign added to it at all. consumers are lacking in honesty from poultry producers, who lie to get money. greed has taken over the industry. WHY IF THIS AGENCY HAD THIS INFORMATION IN CALIFORNIA ON DEAD WEIGHT BEING ADDED TO JACK UP THE WEIGHT SOLD BY PER LB HAVE YOU BEEN SITTING ON THIS REGULATINO FOR 5 YEARS/ THE DEAD WEIGHT IS IN THE DUS DEPT OF AGRICULTURE TOO - IN THE BRAINS OF MGT WHO LETS THIS SIT AROUND FOR 5 YEARS. MEANWHILE AMERICAN CONSUMERS GET RIPPED OFF
