I read this and feel I must comment that is just feels wrong. I do not think these plants should produce chopped up food that is not cooked. if it is chopped up it shoulod be cook . You need to stop this rule and refocus on the cooked food. These places should cook the food totally so it is done, then pack it up then put a lable on it and then box it and ship it to the store. Cooked food is better food. I am not sure what plans are for the records but I think they should keep records and should be up to date and right with the world. People depend on good recordsand they should be able to see them and the public should have access to records if they want to see the food is good and cooked and good to eat. I like food that is good to eat and want to make sure the cookled food is good for everyone even thsoe in poor palces and who have little food but want to eat well good american food that is chopped and cook Each day I live here in gods county, I am proud ot be an american and enjoy cooking out hunting, shooting, fishing camping, boating, sledding, ice skating, racing cars, watching NAScar race, eating at mcdonalds. I like the food and it needs to be safe. My sister and i both feel that this rule should not go to public and should be stopped.
