I tried to make the changes however, I did not know how to go about doing it and the deadline is quickly approaching. Following are the changes that we would propose: Pg II-1 #1 9th line: the words engineer and design should be eliminated. Pg II-2 Item 3 paragrah (a) number 2: The words Transporation Management Areas (TMAs) should be included (after the word populaltion). That is what the areas with over 200,000 in population are called. Page II-8 section e: The last line....additionally, the UPWP should list the accomplishments from the previous fiscal year. This should be deleted. MPOs list their accomplishments in their UPWPs. Page II-8 section f: We do not use a Statement of Work. We use only the UPWPs. These were the only changes that we saw that did not pertain to the MPOs.
