Based on my 48 years experience in Engineering & Construction industry, including Rail Transit, etc., I believe we have not been providing "MORE WITH LESS," to our public! There are lots of opportunities for improvement. This could be the opportunity you are providing--to make sure we get more for our money! Incidentally, I can provide EVIDENCE where I saved the tranist agencies 100's of million dollars, during the project implementation--by avoiding change orders, claims, etc., as confirmed in WRITING by the resposible parties, but I see the process is not followed these days!
