Credit bureaus are not always recognizing law enforcement reports and removing fraudulent items or allow credit freezes when required by that Sate’s law. Also, it would be less confusing if there were Federal guidelines for credit freezes rather than each state having various requirements. Lastly, having fraud victim credit files handled outsourced and off-shore is very concerning to fraud victims.
