Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing the Hawaiian Hawk From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife

I believe it is very premature to remove the Hawaiian Hawk from the endangered species list. Although it has improved in numbers, they remain low and it it still located primarily on one island which is very prone to natural disasters. In addition, this bird is considered very special by the people of the islands. I hope there is time to reconsider.
