I am submitting several documents in response to USFWS' May 6, 2008 call for comments regarding the Notice of 90-Day Petition Finding and Initiation of Status Review for Lake Sammamish kokanee. These documents include: "Genetic structure of kokanee spawning in tributaries of Lake Sammamish, Washington", Warheit and Bowman, 2008 "SCREENING LEVEL ANALYSIS OF 3RD ORDER AND HIGHER WRIA-8 STREAMS FOR CHANGE IN HYDROLOGIC REGIME", Hartley, 2001 Escapement Estimate spreadsheet from Hans Berge, King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, 2008 These documents are in addition to numerous additional documents my agency has provided upon request to the USFWS Western Washington Field Office over at least the past decade that provide a range of information pertaining to Lake Sammamish kokanee. Some of these documents are referenced in the status review notice. I am assuming that USFWS has retained all of these documents and is incorporating them into the status review analysis.
