Comment on FR Doc # 2010-00323

I have already submitted one comment, but neglected to say whial these studies are being done , we also need to protect the vernal pools from being trashed,the pools here in White City Oregon have all kinds of thing thrown into them,spray cans,empty oil cans,old bike parts ,an old matress,,al to share the space with two animal and two plant life,so in my thinking we should do some thing now to save what we can,and we need to teach the kids ( we big kids too ) to respect nature but this place needs clean up and saveing fast ! I do not beleave it will last through two more years,one of the pools that was a pool when I moved in three years ago,is nearly full of trash ! the identifying and posting of habbitat should be done ASAP--Thank you for this space
