Hi, My name is Nate Schweber, I am originally from Missoula, MT and now live in New York City. I am writing to ask that you please put in place the most stringent protections for bull trout and designate as much habitat as possible for them. I understand this would not create a refuge for them nor change the way water is currently used, but rather only require a federal study for any proposed waterway changes to determine how the changes would affect bull trout. The first trout I ever caught was a bull trout in Rattlesnake Creek, Missoula. Sadly, this very cool fish has become extremely rare in waters that once teemed with them. I would like future generations of anglers to have the same opportunities and experience that I did. Thank you, Nate Schweber
