To Whom It May Concern:
I am opposed to the land closure in the panhandle region of Idaho, for the protection of woodland caribou. I come to you not only as a hunter but as a recreationist and a property owner in Northern Idaho. It makes no sense to try to protect the number of caribou there with the infestation of wolves and grizzly bears which are protected by law. I feel I have as much right to enjoy the property as the next guy, thus in saying , I feel my rights have been infringed upon. I am also concerned about the impact economically this would have on local businesses and the jobs that could be lost.
Sincerely,
Craig Hanni
