Forest Service- 36 CFR Part 220 "Categorical Exclusion for Restoration Activities" already being done ILLEGALLY in OR forests. New roads being closed every week, tank traps desined to kill people. Not fighting fires in <roadless> ,areas, inacessable for dissabled public, becoming the norm in OR. Forest service own rules states roads over 100 years old are to stay open, NOT HAPPENING IN OR. 99% of all forest roads should be open to public, BUT NOT MAINTAINED via foresst service! ! ! Public will maintain. WithOut forest service help. Old roads help keep forrest from becoming pile of ash durring fires. Removal of roads causes more damage, to envirment, and wastes more money, introducing non native to native envirment. Dams help fire fighters, and wildlife. Taking them out costs millions and damages habitat that has formed around dams, roads, ect. Roads have been prooven to NOT Affect Wildlife in least ! ! ! Snowjob with owls that destroyed OR timber industry, was proven FALSE after destroying OR econemy ! ! ! ! Replanting and select logging proven to NEVER RUN OUT OF LUMBER, also helps wildlife and helps keep fires from getting out of hand. WE THE PEOPLE including handicaped NEED ACESS TO OUR "THE PEOPLES LAND" Including WHOLE FORREST.
