Leave the birds in the forests alone. They do not require government assistance ; underwater home owners do, senior citizens and children do, the unemployed do-- also research into alternative forms of energy does require U.S. government attention. You will do more harm than good if you play the OK Corral version of wildlife control. Pls. stop this rule while it is only a proposal. Thank You
