I am against any further listings of any species until the Endangered Species Act is kept within constitutional boundaries and barriers are placed against environmental protectionist groups who have a long history of abusing this Act to further their own subjective agendas. The Act should be suspended from not only any further listings, but should cease to be enforced in any way, shape, or form until corrections are made to prevent further illegal abuse. If citizens are expected to comply with laws and regulations, then government agencies must be held to even higher standards; otherwise citizens cannot be expected to comply with any prohibitions related to an abusive statute.
