the scandal plagued govt agencies making decisions on the wildlife in our country these days are taking their orders from lobbyists and other profiteers. numerous species are beign taken off the list for protection based on faulty, bought and paid for inaccurate facts that developers pay to obscure. i do not favor this snake losing any protected laws or regulations. God put those animals here. the taxpaeyrs citizenf of this country have been trying to protect them for eons. it is a shame that our govt agncies seek to kill them right and left - all species. our agencies have become centers of corruption instead of what they were created to do. this protection should remain on this snake and shoudl be elevated higher.
