Having read the article...Jaguars Don't Live Here Anymore... in The New York Times, I must agree that this Ruling makes no sense and would be a waste of taxpayer money that could be better spent for other purposes. I am asking that you Please reconsider and drop this Jaguar recovery plan. Thank You in advance...Larry Busby
