Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Endangered Status for Dunes Sagebrush Lizard

The City has been able to work around current restriction during construction projects, but we feel that we will be unable to do so with the extra regulations. Therefore, the City of Carlsbad is protesting the endangered designation for the Dunes Sagebrush Lizard (Sceloporus arenicolus).
