To Whom It May Concern: Passing the sand dune lizard as an endangered species will kill the economy in southeast NM. My entire family depends on oil and gas. With the economy in a recession and the unemployment rate very high it would be detrimental to all of us not just those of us that lost our jobs but their is a trickle down effect on all the businesses in the area. Also the state budget which we all know is not balanced; depends on oil & gas for revenue and if oil exploration is stopped the revenue received on that new exploration would stop.
