Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: 6-Month Extension of Final Determination for the Proposed Listing of the Dunes Sagebrush Lizard

As a petroleum geologist, and having practiced in the area affected by this rule, I urge opposition to placing this species on the endangered list. Petroleum exploration and production is vital to the well being of our nation and the proposed rule is simply an attempt to curtail or eliminate this vital process. This rule should be rejected.
