Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Endangered Status and Designation of Critical Habitat for Spikedace and Loach Minnow

I oppose extending the loach minnow and spikedace minnow river miles. And I oppose changing the status from threatened to endangered. I especially oppose the San Francisco river basin up the Box being a part of this territory under the rule.
