you have got to be kidding me, closing more land for a migratory bird? I work for the county of sanbernardino flood control and we have to deal with the environmental extremist everyday to get permits and permission to do maintanance on our own flood control catch basins and channels that are all man made starting back in 1939. I didnt realize how absurd you people are becoming untill I loged on to your web site here and saw the massive amount of regulations you extremist have and are putting through. I hope when we get a new president and majority of republcans back in charge they will put a stop to your madness. flys, rats, sucker fish, flowers migratory birds, turtles. whats next cockroaches?
