I would appreciate being informed of what is going on . who are the people involved ?. i would like to meet with these individuals. I am at a loss . does anybody care? What is being proposed is likely to harm this endangered species, this is not the stated purpose. why ? whomever signs off on this will forever live under a cloud. Will you please keep me informed ? Again I am at a loss.
