its time to stop this wasteful boondoggle spending of tax dollars. climate change means they no longer live ni thier "hisrtoric district" this is a plain stupid plan. the climate conditions in missouri are not the same as when these bettles lives there in "historic" times. when wil the usfws get some common sense. this population needs to be moved northward to have any chance to live. the climate of missori now is what texas used to be. it is hotter, wetter, and colder now in miossouri than when they used to live there. this agency wants to waste tax dollars by this senseless stupdiity of thinking conditiong have not changed. this is a time and expense boondoggle. shut it down. budget should be zero
