We believe water quality and the grotto sculpin is best addressed through partnership with community, U.S. Fish and Wildlife service and other relative agencies. There was substantial investment of dollars and time by the community putting this plan together. The past current and future practices positively increase water quality and environmental quality.
Would like to see U.S. Fish & Wildlife service partner with Perry Community to assist in continuing to implement and refine the Perry County Community Conservation Plan. (Could be an example of community and Federal Government Partnership)
