From one individual who donated to the Perry County Community Conservation Plan. The communities’ plan address the areas of concern, identifies threats, and identifies workable solutions that meets the parameters set out by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife. With voluntary implementation, self regulation and continued support by the stakeholders of the community, improved water quality and improved habitat for the Grotto Sculipn can be realized. It is with great hope a designation of “Critical Habitat” will be avoided.
