the piping plover habitat should be fully protected from the concrete developments of mankind and of profiteers who will destroy any species to make a buck. however we cannot allow this fish and wildlife service to go crazy as they have in other areas of this nation where in order to protect one species they want to kill all other species. fish and wildlife service does not seem to recognize that species can live in peace with other species, whereas mankind and profiteers will destroy everything. the biggest thing the piping plovers have to fear is commecial developers who want to get rich on the space the piping plovers live on. THAT IS THE BIGGEST THREAT. GET RID OF THEM FROM THE SPACE THE PIPING PLOVER LIVES ON. DONT USE SAVING THE PIPING PLOVER AS AN EXCUSE TO DESTROY ANY OTHER SPECIES. THAT IS WHAT THE FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE HAS DONE IN OTHER AREAS THAT THEY MANAGE. THEY USE SAVING ONE SPECIES AS AN EXCUSE TO DESTROY OTHERS. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WRONG WAY TO GO. IT IS POOR MANAGEMENT. IT IS LETHAL MANAGEMENT. IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. THIS AGENCY IS RUNNING AWAY WITH ITSELF. THEIR POOR PLANNING IS HORRIBLE.
