I strongly oppose addition of acreage if the property includes beaches. The National Park Service has been forced to close prime recreational beaches for these birds in these counties which has caused a great deal of stress to the local economy as well as a notable drop in interest from tourists due to wide spread "Seasonal beach Closures, Temporary summer beach closures, etc... See the NPS Consent decree Signed by Judge Boyle. In particular, the sandy points and inlets along the ocean shoreline are used all year long by fishermen.
