I am writing to communicate my enthusiastic support for this proposed listing rule. This rule is well-written, wholly logical, accurate, well-researched with appropriate literature citations. The current scientific data clearly supports the division of A cingulatum into 2 distinct species; and the very limited number of extant populations (of both taxa) clearly indicate that these salamanders are greatly imperiled. Thank you.
